Everyone Deals With Worry In Different Ways
If you have been reading this blog lately, you may have noticed that the events of Sept. 11th are starting to get to me. Well
here is an article dealing with those recent problems. Mostly it focuses on children, and how they are coping, but it's good for other people as well. It has some good tips in it- getting more sleep, eating regularly, that sort of thing.
